What is Your Return Policy?
We hope your happy with our products but if you’re not 100% satisfied you may return them for a full refund. If you return the product, it must be unworn in perfect condition. Just ship them back to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If you purchased domestically, your return shipping is free. When the item is received then we will credit your account. Please address the returns to the same address given on the package. Contact Us if you need the address or have any other questions.

How to I get Expedited Shipping?
We are trying to get this option integrated into our shopping cart process, but for now send us a line in our Contact Us section and we would be happy to discuss options for you. We typically have been using FedEx for expedited shipping.

What material are your ties and where are they made?
Our current selection of ties are made of premium woven or knit silk and are manufactured in Asia. We make sure our products are made from the highest quality of fabrics and woven using world class machining. China is number one textile distribution in the world and our suppliers use the most accurate and detailed manufacturing methods. Our brands use great manufacturers from all over the world and can import their items to you through our site.

Soon and always! We are always looking for beautiful and select neck & menswear accessories to bring to you. New brands will arrive often and as for our in house brand, we will most likely be getting new product every 2 - 3 months.
